The
Residence Hall Association is the largest on-campus organization at
Drake. “How?” you ask. Well, it’s because RHA is
composed of people like you—residents. Every single resident
at Drake is a member of RHA. RHA is here to respond to the needs of
students. Drake is where you’ll be living for nine months out
of the year and RHA strives to make Drake your home away from home!
An executive board and eight hall councils form the backbone of residence
hall government. As hall government, RHA is here to oversee the individual halls,
help form policies to govern the residence halls, bring student opinion to the
administration and plan events for campus.
Come to an RHA meeting (Monday nights @ 9 in the Drake Room), attend a hall council
meeting (held weekly), and get involved! RHA is here for the residents and run by the residents.
