Hall Communications AJ Harrison
Hey all! I am AJ Harrison and I am the Campus Communications Coordinator for RHA. I am in charge of the Stallseat Journal and also of this website so if you have any questions, comments or concerns feel free to contact me!
Publicity Chair Andrew Wade
What's up residents? As you can see, my name is Andrew Wade, and I am a marketing/management/general business triple major at this fine institution of higher education we commonly refer to as Drake University. As Co-Publicity Chair I help make sure people on campus know all about the events that RHA and the different resident halls plan on putting on by advertising these fun events. My main goal for this year is to get a bigger turnout for all of the fun RHA sponsored events. Aside from that goal, I also want to make sure advertising for these events gets out quicker that way more people can hear about them. Other than that, I hope you enjoy another great year here!
  Publicity Chair Anna Goodman

Historian Emily Olson
Hello! I am Emily Olson. I am a first- year and the Historian on the RHA board. I am so excited to get involved this year! As historian, I will be taking pictures at all the RHA events. We will be posting the pictures in all the residence halls in order to get everybody excited for the RHA events in the future. I want to get as many people in the residence halls involved and excited as possible!
Environmental Chair Mallory Wang
My name is Mallory Wang. I am a sophomore who is determined to make our campus a prettier and cleaner environment to live, and to keep Drake up with the energy efficient trend over college campuses nationwide.
I am the environmental chair on RHA. Together with my committee, we are going to help residents with recycling and everything related to the environmental side of campus life.
Major programs that the environmental chairs are putting on are single stream recycling, which excludes the recycling sorting process and informational and entertaining activities that keep residents engaged and informed. Please get excited about our new team!!
Service Chair Leeta Carlson

I am a sophomore in the business school here at Drake, and a first-year RA in Stalnaker. This is my first year being involved in RHA and I’m very excited to make it a great year! Community service is meant to benefit not only the community but also the students that participate in it. This year I want to make it easy and fun for the students at Drake to be involved in the community around our campus in a way that helps them and the people around them. I hope to have a good number of large-scale service programs throughout the year. I want these programs to be new, and unique ideas that will help Drake’s RHA be recognized for the positive impact it has on the residents as well as the surrounding community.

  Treasurer Rachel Kauffold

  Secretary Chelsey Orlando

Hi all! I’m Chelsey Orlando, a sophomore magazine and creative advertising double major from Wentzville, Missouri, a suburb of St. Louis. Over the summer I had an internship with ALIVE Magazine, which is a St. Louis based, fashion and women’s lifestyle magazine. My hopes are to one day become editor for a fashion magazine. As secretary of RHA, I attend to the regular duties as well as offer help to any other position that may need it. I plan to have bi-monthly meetings with the secretaries of all the halls to check-in with them and make sure things are running smoothly within their position.

Hello! This is my second year on staff with Drake as a Residence Hall Coordinator and my second year as the Programming Board advisor. I am excited to see an expanded delegation go to the MACURH conference this year and bid for a Program of the Year award.   First-Year Resident Assistant Representative Ian Weller
Greetings. I am an International Relations sophomore. I was involved in RHA last year as a VP then as an Acting president. I am very excited this year for RHA. My new position will be the liaison between the First Year RAs and RHA. I hope to continue with the foundation laid by the board in the previous year and make this year better. I intend to accomplish this by pushing for many more massive programs. I want an RHA event each month that will be one of the highlights as students reflect on this year at Drake. This years RHA will become truly legendary!
Upperclass Resident Assistant Representative Taylor Thiewes
Hey everyone! My name is Taylor Thiewes and I’m currently a junior Finance & Accounting major at Drake. This year I’m currently the 1st floor RA of Morehouse hall and hold the position as Upper-class Experience RA Representative on the RHA board. I am also a member of Students In Free Enterprise (SIFE) where I sit as one of 5 vice presidents on the Leadership council. I hope to establish better communication between upper-class RA’s and the RHA board this year as well as making sure that upper-class RA’s programs and events get publicized about whenever possible. In my free time I’m an avid lacrosse player and snowboarder. One interesting fact about me is that I LOVE to meet new people. If you ever see me walking around on campus please by all means come and say hi!
