13.01 Residence Hall Association shall, in association with the Drake Chapter of the National Residence Hall Honorary, host an end of the year reception to: recognize outstanding service to the Residence Hall Association; initiate new National Residence Hall Honorary members; and inaugurate its newly elected Residence Hall Association officers.

13.02 The Drake Chapter of the National Residence Hall Honorary shall fund the Residence Hall Association reception.
