14.01 These Bylaws shall be adopted by a 2/3 vote of the Residence Hall Association Executive Board, so long as notice is given.

14.02 Amendments to these Bylaws shall be adopted by a 2/3 vote of the Residence Hall Association Residence Hall Association Executive Board, so long as notice is given.

14.03 These Residence Hall Association Bylaws shall take precedence over any of its appendices if conflicts between the two arise.

14.04 Bylaws may be amended only by the body from which they originate. All other bylaws fall under the jurisdiction of the Residence Hall Association Executive Board.
